SHORE Regenstein Administration Center - Skokie, IL
Event & Volunteer Coordinator
Perform Development Division functions. Plan and implement fundraising events, volunteer program and write some grants for funding. Minimum qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, business, social services or other field related to the development function. One year employment in fundraising, marketing or other positions relevant to development. English reading/verbal/writing skills, math, computer literacy, strong research and organizational skills, presentation/public speaking skills, leadership, strong communication/interpersonal skills and driving. Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk
Prepares and maintains agency wide accounts payable and payroll functions. Performs clerical services and general office tasks. Minimum qualifications include: high school or equivalent and a combination of one year full-time employment in accounting duties. One year minimum in accounting/bookkeeping or in a business/accounting courses may substitute for some experience. Ability to work independently as well as a team; computer literacy; familiarity of accounting software and programs; manual records/bookkeeping; filing, high level of math skills; use of calculator and various office equipment. SHORE Joseph Koenig, Sr. Training Center – Morton Grove, IL
Developmental Trainer/Job Counselor
Supervise and train adults with developmental disabilities in vocational training program. Teach work and functional living skills. Instruct individuals on packaging and assembly jobs. Ensure accuracy of work and complete production records. Facilitate goals from individuals’ Individual Program Plans to increase independence. Chart progress on goals. Attend and participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to review individuals’ progress and plan for future. Develop curriculum and run group activities in areas such as community employment, social skills, community living skills, money management, health and nutrition, and safety skills. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about a variety of developmental disabilities and gain experience in social services. Bachelor’s degree preferred. SHORE Lois Lloyd Center – Adult Services – Evanston, IL
Developmental Trainer/Developmental Trainer Assistant/Driver
These are direct care positions to provide activity and training in a group setting to adults with developmental disabilities. Working as a team to implement educational goals and objectives for each individual’s program plan, assist individuals in working toward achieving independent skills, assist individuals in adaptive daily living skills, plan and implement community integration and leisure activities, transport individuals in agency vehicles. Excellent opportunity to gain experience in human services. Position hours 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Direct Support Persons
Staff needed to work in Evanston and Skokie group homes with adults with developmental disabilities. Part-time and full-time, day and evening hours available. High school diploma, experience and valid drivers license required. Must enjoy working with people and have a positive attitude.
